Milk TeasThe trio based on tea+milk+tapioca pearls, poured over ice cubes. If you try it for the first time, you are at the beginning of a beautiful friendship. To try all milk teas, one by one, and in order, it’s like followinb boba’s first steps thorughout Asia.
We wanted to reproduce at least part of the complexity of the experience that this leaf green powder, grown at shade, invented more then 1000 years ago in China, can carry you.
Once more valuable than gold, matcha becomes the star of the Japanese Tea Ceremony of the 15th Century, in the Edo Periode, a symbol of harmony. And so, the Zen monks’ favorite tea continues to inspire. We will first combine it with milk and then with a lot of other goodies.
We then combine it with milk and tapioca pearls, transforming the grave dynamics, “down for business” coffee, into a relaxed game with tapioca beads.

Choose your tea, choose your fruit and don’t forget to shake.
No connection to ordinary fruit tea because it is not fruit tea, but a mixture of aromatic tea that opens your taste buds, and fresh fruit puree which naturally lead to a next level quality approach.
We chose to use cold-kept purees, not frozen or dried, precisely because, in this way, you can feel the whole range of aromas of a fruit and at the same time, the freshness that gives you the impression that you have just picked it from the tree. For this, we chose three types of tea, each of them creating a special note, so that if you choose for example “Royal Jasmine Passion Fruit” it has nothing to do with a “Cold Brew Matcha Passion Fruit”.
In fact, that’s the idea: to invite you to this game of permutations, which always results in a different flavor and a delicious new experience. After you choose the basic tea and the fruit you crave, if you want, we add the pearls as well.

You can buy it from any grocery store in Japan or South Korea.
It started to appear on the shelves in China as well, but otherwise, you can’t find it that easly in Asia either. It is a combination, in our opinion, brilliant, of a drop of lemon juice with condensed milk, white tea and delicious fruit puree.
The condensed milk has the gift of enhancing the aroma of fruits, and the scent of freshly squeezed lemon blends harmoniously and highlights latent characteristics of the chosen fruit, so that you get to discover new sensations in each combination.
