Machiatto

Rice milk, almond milk, vanilla milk, a pinch of cinnamon, cold brewed coffee, tapioca pearls, ice

We take Horchatta, we add a little more almond milk and we quench it with a shot of cold brew coffee. What results conquers you from the start. The mixture of sweet and fragrant aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, together with the bitter taste of roasted coffee is .. for the lack of a better word … meta. I mean, simply, the next level.

Mexican

Rice milk, almond milk, vanilla milk, a pinch of cinnamon, tapioca pearls, ice

Mexico’s contribution to the pot-pourie of flavours is the combination of rice milk with almond milk, with a hint of vanilla and a hint of cinnamon, which creates an iconic drink. Adding boba is even more wooow! Here is how the meeting of two continents in the same recipe results in something familiar for the third continent, respectively for our culture, where in almost every house, palace or hut, the grandmothers served rice with milk. Horchatta can be considered an exotic reinterpretation of a childhood dessert than – a familiar note that when mixed with boba, takes on a new flavor, so pleasant that you will crave milk made of rice rather than rice made with milk…

Butterfly-pea

Ingredients:
Home-made organic butterfly-pea sauce, fresh cow milk/plant milk, home-made sugar syrup/sweetener, tapioca pearls, ice

Probably the most spectacular and instagramable drink on the menu due to the incredible shade of indigo blue, butterfly-pea is being one of the very few edible plants that colors naturally in blue. An almost intimidating appearance that makes you think of drinks prepared by spaceship computers, when in fact the whole spell starts from a plant related to peas. And after such a visual artifice, the aroma is even more surprising, because it is gentle, with soft notes of vegetable, earth, slightly sweet and velvety as an Oolong-like texture. A bouquet that goes perfectly with creamy milk and gummed tapioca balls.

Roasted banana

Ingredients:
Roasted banana puree, fresh cow milk/plant milk, home-made sugar syrup/sweetener, tapioca pearls, ice

Originally from Jamaica, this recipie is wrapped in the smoke of spice and sugar fried bananas. We are actually taking the ultra-rippen banana, we roll it through black sugar, spices and lime, after which we cook it over a low heat. We obtain an insainly delicous puree which once bathed in milk, it instantly becomes the king or the queen of all banana shakes. From the frist sip, it glues to you and lingers so that you still taste it long after you’ve finished your boba.

Ube & Taro

Ingredients:
Home-made organic ube and taro sauce, fresh cow milk/plant milk, home-made sugar syrup/sweetener, tapioca pearls, ice

Two tubers, which we do not serve fried as you would expect to see the other relatives of the potato, but in a paste form, which concentrates the taste so strongly fragrant that you would not think it could be contained in some roots. Taro is the one with an intense aroma, almost floral, with hints of vanilla. And ube is the one who transforms the bubble tea into a spectacular and instagramable drink, with reach and engagement through it’s exotic flavor.

Acai

Ingredients:
Home made organic acai sauce, fresh cow milk/plant milk, home-made sugar syrup/sweetener, tapioca pearls, ice

The word contains the “c” with diactric, so it becomes “asai”; it is a berry of Brazilian origin that if you combine it with pearls, it’s like a kind of liquid mana designed for the astronauts in space. The earthy aroma that makes you think of dark chocolate, finely bitter, and the sour hints of wild fruits create the feeling that you are drinking a sorbet ice cream. And to be complete, this is not only delicious but also healthy, being a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, a superfood, elixir for the youth of the brain and body of the explorer in you.

Coconut

Ingredients:
Coconut puree, fresh cow milk/plant milk, home-made sugar syrup/sweetener, tapioca pearls, ice

It’s as we dreamed it: extra creamy, with an intense taste and a strong aroma, which is kept long in the aftertaste. We chose a special coconut from a famous Sri Lankan variety to be guaranteed a show in your glass. If the boba didn’t slip through your straw, you would have the illusion that you were sipping directly from the tastiest coconut water, somewhere in a parallel reality grafted with dream of a paradise.

Hazelnut choco

Ingredients:
Nutella paste, cacao powder, home-made sugar syrup/sweetener, a pinch of butter, tapioca pearls, ice

Surely you have thought of submerging a chocolate bar in a cup of milk many times. At Zebracat, we did that until we managed to distinguish a drink that highlights the deliciousness mixture of milk with pure cocoa, a mix only good to revive the spirit of the inner child, whom wanders amused and absent-minded with the straw through the Zebracat glass, in search of bobas.
