Strawberry

Milk tempers and homogenizes friendly flavors in this mix of contrasts. The strong, fragrant aroma of freshly picked strawberries meets the earthy one, with the smell of nuts and the intense umami taste of green tea powder. The strawberry puree is a mix of two different strawberry species to match matcha perfectly.

Crème brulee

This spectacular combination creates an unforgettable experience, somewhere between the invigorating effect induced by the intense aroma of green tea powder, and the insanely yummy sweetness of Japanese burnt sugar cream, made by in-house. Milk-drenched soft tea enters an almost amorous relationship with the velvety and dense texture of burnt sugar cream and the QQ of tapioca balls.

Pandan

Boost of greeness and flovor – matcha mixed with pandam leaves. The exotic savor of pandan, present in almost every Philipinese sweet and cake, had now reached Zebracat. So the flavor of matcha can intertwine with that of grassy and vanilly pandan, enchacing a soft aroma of almonds.

Cold brew coffee

What could be more energizing than the coffee-matcha combo. It took us by surprise that matcha and cold brew coffee go so well together, even enchancing each other. The bitterness of the two it’s in camuflage by a complex palette of flavors, of walnuts rolled in burnt earth and sprinkled with a fine, sweet&sour breeze. A beast full of caffeine, theine and antioxidants, which we tamed by adding milk, ice, pearls and syrup, so much so that it motivates you to go out in the morning directly in your pajamas to drink your matcha coffee at Zebracat.

Caramel

Matcha latte plus hand-made liquid caramel made in-house after a french recipie, it’s so delicious that it takes your senses by suprise. We are firmly convinced that the flavor of butter-caramelized-sugar together with clorophile accents are more than capable of perverting even the most puritan of them all into a traditional matcha follower.
