Strawberry

The delicious taste of the strawberry puree that we use at Zebracat, is obtained by the magical union of two varieties of strawberries in such a way, that the alluring scent is complemented by the juicy pulp and intense red. We combined the Mara des Bois strawberries grown in France and Morocco – which are the ones that bring the appetizing aroma, smaller, similar to wild strawberries, with a very concentrated taste – with those of the Camarosa variety, larger, sweet, firm and fleshy, to reach the texture and the taste of a perfect strawberry.

White peach

Ingredients:
white peach puree, fresh cow milk/plant milk, home-made sugar syrup/sweetener, tapioca pearls, ice

The fine peaches of a bright pink come from the Rhone valley, where they have the optimal conditions of sun, humidity and soil, to become slightly sour, fleshy, juicy and intensely fragrant, with an aroma that is preserved even in the aftertaste, long enough to create the perfect mood for your peachy day.

Passion fruit

Ingredients:

The passion fruit of the Flavicarpa variety, one of the most appreciated varieties in the world, comes from Ecuador, more precisely from the northwestern part called Green Province due to its lush vegetation. In the all-year-round sunny and warm climat, with a high humidity maintained by tropical rains, grows the most juicy passion-fruits, with a more concentrated aroma. Passion-fruit puree is sour, sweet, slightly bitter, strongly infused with the characteristic fragrance that, combined with black tea and jasmine team but also with matcha, comes perfectly as your upligting drink.

Lemon

Ingredients:

Strongly fragrant, with a perfect balance between bitter and sweet, sour enough to whet your appetite, astringent only until you swallow the bobas, the high quality lemons from Sicily leave behind only the intense aroma on a long wave of aftertaste. Grown in an ideal soil, well drained, irrigated by the water of mountain springs, bathed in plenty of sun, an environment you could say is the paradise of citrus on earth.

Yuzu-pineapple

The exotic taste of pineapple is amplified by yuzu, a relative of lemon that grows in Japan and develops an intense sweet & sour flavor and with a long-fragrant aroma. Adding the delicate camphor notes of cardamom, the drink acquires a warm vibration that invites you on a spicy journey from India, Asia or the Middle East.

Mandarin

The mandarins in your fresh fruit tea come from Sicily, one of the most fertile areas for citrus orchards, thanks to the well-drained volcanic soil rich in limestone and minerals, bathed in plenty of sunlight and heat: just what you need to concentrate the characteristic aroma, perfectly balanced between sweet and sour, slightly bitter and incredibly wow, even incredibly fragrant.

Lime & Mint

The limes from the puree you find at Zebracat, come from a plantation in Mexico, grown in the perfect tropical climate to help the fruits be extra fragrant, intensely flavored and with ideally balanced acidity, so that you find yourself between gritting your teeth and an intense sweetness that stays with you for long. Fresh mint comes with a cool and velvety pallor, which levels the sharpness of the lime and gives it a refreshing touch, worthy of the name that made the famous combination of Mojito.

Mango lemonade

The fruits we use, Alphonso Mango, are known as some of the best in the world and grow in India, in an acidic and rocky soil, where they are watered abundantly from the moment they reach the size of a grape and until they are harvested, when perfectly cooked. They are cared for so, that they are sweet and intensely fragrant, fleshy, with a strong color. The variety is famous because it has no fiber, and the fruit can be made to paste entirely, to leave all the delicious pulp in your Jasmine Mango.

Three types of mint

A mix of three types of mint, a tea powered by POJARNITZA made from wild and medicinal plants. Honey oolong milk tea

A traditional chinese tea, a classic flavor, shifted into a contemporanean drink, honeyed and mysterious. Once warmed, the oolong tea intensifies it’s velvety texture and it’s wide but still, very subtile, variety of aromas.
