We infuse coarsely ground coffee to preserve the strong aroma of roasted beans, with the smell of hazelnuts and a low acidity. We then combine it with milk and tapioca pearls, transforming the grave dynamics, “down for business” coffee, into a relaxed game with tapioca beads.
